入場チケットについて
大阪・関西万博の入場チケットはいつから発売されますか?
Open tickets will go on sale from November 30, 2023. Tickets with arrival date and time will go on sale sequentially from October 13, 2024.
大阪・関西万博の入場チケットは店舗でも購入可能ですか?また、飛行機やホテルの手配も一緒にできますか?
Admission tickets only are available for sale on the web only. If you wish to purchase an admission ticket to accompany your corporate, company, group, or educational trip, please contact us. In addition, package products such as tours using airplanes for individual travel will be available from April 2024 onwards.
When will I receive my purchased tickets?
原則として、入場チケットご購入後、5営業日以内にはお送りいたします。(天変地異、システム障害など不可抗力で送付不可の状況を除く)また、飛行機や鉄道などとセットになったツアーでご予約をいただいたお客様へは、チケットIDおよび入場QRコードはツアー参加当日にお渡しいたします。その他大阪・関西万博に関係のないご案内書面はお申し込みツアーにより送付の時期が異なりますのでお申し込みされた部門にお問い合わせください。

大阪・関西万博の入場チケット購入の際、予約する料金区分は現在の年齢における料金区分でよいですか?
年齢区分は購入時点ではなく、2025年4月1日時点の年齢が適用されます。
What is an open ticket?
You can enter once within the admission period for each ticket type, but the date is not specified at the time of purchase.
After making your purchase, you will be required to reserve your visit date on the official website 6 months in advance of your desired visit date. Tickets will be sold as "open tickets" from November 30, 2023 to October 12, 2024.
Is there a price difference between open tickets that will go on sale from November 30, 2023 and tickets with arrival date and time that will go on sale from October 13, 2024?
In the case of the same ticket type/class, there is no difference in price between an open ticket and a specified date ticket.
The purchase deadline for the super early bird discount is October 6, 2024, so tickets with a date and time of arrival released after October 13, 2024 will inevitably be more expensive than the super early bird purchase price.
If I have an open ticket, can I reserve admission on the same day if there is space?
You can make a reservation if there is a space available on the day. However, even if there is a vacant slot, you will not be able to enter if you do not have a reservation. Admission is only possible by making a reservation.
Can I cancel my purchased admission ticket?
Admission tickets cannot be canceled once purchased. However, after specifying your admission date on the official sales website, you will be able to change your admission date for free up to three times within the admission period for each ticket type. Even if you do not show up on your reserved date and time, you can change your date and time.
Can I get a refund for the admission ticket I purchased?
In the case of cancellation due to customer reasons, no refund will be given regardless of the type of ticket reserved. However, in the event of a force majeure event such as a natural disaster, we may provide you with a refund.
大阪・関西万博の入場チケット購入後、大人、中人、小人の区分を変更することは可能ですか?また、そのほかの変更も可能でしょうか?
The classification cannot be changed. In addition, you can make reservations for your visit from six months in advance, but even after making your reservation, you can change the date up to three times. In addition, even if you have exceeded 3 times, you can still make a reservation if it is within the admission period of the purchased ticket type and if there is a vacant slot on the day. If you are unable to attend on that day, the ticket will be invalid. Additionally, ticket types cannot be changed. However, if you are unable to attend due to natural disasters or reasons from the Expo management side (such as closing), remedial measures will be taken.
I would like to know specifically who can purchase the "Special Discount Ticket". Also, will I be required to present a certificate at the time of purchase or on the day of my visit?
Special discount tickets are available to people with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, war-wounded patients, atomic bomb survivors, patients with designated incurable diseases, children with specified chronic diseases, and one accompanying person. There is no need to present a certificate at the time of purchase, but if you are asked to present your certificate on the day of your visit and do not show it, you may be refused entry.
大阪・関西万博の入場チケットの転売・譲渡は可能ですか?
お客様は、ご家族またはご友人、同僚など個人の関係その他これに準ずる限られた範囲内においてのみ、チケットを譲渡(転売、贈与を含む)することができます。ただし、①譲渡価格が取得価格以下であること、②譲渡を受けるお客様がチケットに記載される来場者区分に該当すること、が必要です。
入場及び当日のご利用について
大阪・関西万博の入場日の予約はいつからできますか?
2025大阪・関西万博のご入場日は、入場希望日の6ヶ月前より予約可能となります。

大阪・関西万博の入場予約は入場日だけではなく時間も指定するのですか?
また、その時間に入場できなければ無効になりますか?入場前に変更しないといけないのでしょうか?
To reserve admission, you must reserve the date and time of your admission. You cannot enter earlier than your reservation time. If you are late for your reservation time, we will give priority to those with reservations for that time slot.
If I don't go on the date and time I reserved, can I change the date and time up to three times after that date? Also, if a pavilion or event has been reserved at that time, what will happen to that authority? Can privileges be restored?
In principle, you can change your visit date and time reservation up to three times. However, the condition is that it is within the admission period specified for the type of ticket purchased.
Example: If you purchased an earlier season ticket: Changes can only be made within the period from the opening day to July 18, 2025.
What happens if the same day is not available six months before the scheduled visit date?
Example: If you want to enter on August 29th, August 30th, or August 31st → If you want to enter on August 29th, August 30th, or August 31st, then six months ago is February 29th, February 30th, or February 31st, which is not on the calendar.
If there is no applicable date six months in advance, the first day of the following month will be the start date for accepting reservations. In the example of your question, the reservation start date is March 1st.
Can I re-enter?

Will there be identity verification at the entrance gate?
For full-year passes and summer passes, it is assumed that identity verification will be performed at the entrance gate using facial recognition. In addition, if necessary, you may be asked to present an identification card that proves that you meet the age requirements or a notebook that proves that you are eligible for special discounts.

Will all pavilions be reserved?
Some pavilions do not require reservations. Reservations will not be required for pavilions other than those participating in the pavilion reservation system.
大阪・関西万博の入場チケット購入後、パビリオンの予約は可能ですか?
Pavilion reservations can be made from 3 months in advance. After purchasing your admission ticket, you will need to make your own reservation.
If multiple people want to participate in a pavilion or event advance reservation (lottery/reservation), do each visitor need to make a reservation for each ticket ID (one person at a time)? Or can representatives make reservations all at once?
For advance reservations for pavilions and events, representatives will be able to make reservations all at once.
万博IDについて
What is Expo ID?
Expo ID is a login ID commonly used for Expo-related services. By registering your Expo ID, you will be able to conveniently experience a variety of services. If you do not have an Expo ID, you will not be able to make admission date reservations or reservations for pavilions or events.
Do I have to obtain an Expo ID?
For individual tickets, you must obtain an Expo ID. After purchasing your admission ticket, we will send you a ticket ID. Customers must download the Expo app themselves, obtain an Expo ID, and then link it to their ticket ID. After that, you will be required to make admission date reservations six months in advance of your visit, and pavilion reservations three months in advance.
Do I need anything to register an Expo ID?
You will need an email address and a smartphone or computer that has been set up with screen unlock features such as biometric authentication, passcode, pattern, or PIN. Please note that the e-mail address used to register for an Expo ID will not be available for 20 days even after canceling that Expo ID.
ツアー予約について
HISのツアー(大阪・関西万博)を申し込みした場合、チケットIDはどのような受け取り方法になるのでしょうか?
入場チケットIDにつきましては、バスツアーご参加当日に添乗員よりお渡しいたします。バスツアーご参加当日までに、お客様ご自身で万博IDをご取得・登録いただき、当日お渡しするチケットIDと紐づけていただければ、ご入場後にパビリオン等の当日予約も可能となります。
HISのツアーで申し込みをした場合でも、万博IDの登録は必要になりますか?
万博IDを登録し、弊社が発行するチケットIDを紐づけていただければ、ご入場当日に会場内でパビリオンなどの当日予約等もご利用いただけますが、万博IDが無くても、ご入場に必要なQRコードをバス車内でもお渡しいたしますので、そちらでご入場は可能となります。
